I first read the sample and cried. Then after I downloaded it I cried some more. I can't believe how much emotion is in this book! This book hits home how our easily our words affect others and how hard it is for sufferers to speak in a language we can all understand.
I rate this book 5 out of 5 because it makes you stop and think on so many different levels.
Hannah Dee, you're one truly amazing woman, to open you heart so much & to lay it bare for the help of others is truly a magnificent thing to be able to do.
Once I had this book on my kindle I not only read it once, but three times in concession as I just could relate to every word on every page. It was as if someone had sat me down & dragged my life out of me, then put it on paper & sold it.
It was so helpful with ways of dealing with depression, self asteam issues, self harming & everything else that is connected in the huge bubble we call 'depression.
It helps you realise you're not alone but others are out there to going threw the same or similar as you. As much as if feels like it your not on you own, you just need to ask for help.
Hannah Dee I will never be able to thank you enough for helping me & no doubt many others with your strong powerful words, written on each page. Congratulations on being a survivor & many thanks for sharing it all to help others. Xxx
Hannah Dee's book is very inspirational and she opened herself up to the world about her struggles in the hopes it will help others. It's great and I feel like I know Hannah more now because of all this.
