Kailee Reese Samuels has done it again by giving us Juliet fans (and soon to be Juliet fans) an indepth look into the story behind one of Juliet's key characters. She writes with a gift to take the reader on an exploration that is full of many emotions. It is a roller coaster ride for both Anna & the reader. Grab a glass of wine & settle in as we go back in time through the life of Anna Ford, The Original Bad Girl. A beautiful story of Anna’s life experiences, love, & how Juliet came to be. It was so much fun getting the story of the players that started it all.
Well, damn. Plenty of romancing happening here, mixed with some old fashioned pragmatism, and a healthy dose of seize the moment! Was nice to get the backstory of a number of others in Sal's world, too. But the main reason to read this? If you are a fan of Kailee Samuels, you will know why, and somewhat what to expect. Mostly.

I was beyond ecstatic when Ms. Samuels announced that she was writing Anna’s story. She once again amazed me with her words. The flow of the book is phenomenal. I felt like I was part of the story and that it was written specifically for me. Everything and everyone connects in some little secretive way. We are giving so much history and get to witness the birth of Juliet. Of course this wouldn’t be a Kailee Samuels book unless there were a few tears shed and a couple of mind blowing twist. Anna is brave, bold, and beautiful. Be prepared to bow down to the true queen of Juliet.

I've wanted to know more about Anna since first reading about her in Juliet, and the Author didn't disappoint. She wove and told the tale of Anna from a teen to later years as Anna tells Sal how it all started, from escaping an arranged marriage, going to Las Vegas, and loving two men, to Juliet. My heart broke at time for these characters, then I was amazed with Anna's strength and determination. You will love Jake and Luca, one was the man she needed him to be, the other I don't think quite knew how to be a proper Dom. But she loved them both and they her, how did it play out? You need to read Bad Girl and find out, and yes Anna earned that title and then some. Once again I fell in love with some characters and despised others and can't wait for the stories of them. This Author has a way of making you see and feel everything, like it's you taking the journey in the world of Juliet. I'm glad this story was told, now I feel more for Anna, it was not an easy life, but she lead it on her terms. I highly recommend Bad Girl and if you haven't read Ms. Samuels' earlier books, you will definitely want to read them, to visit Sugargrove and Juliet.
I want to be Anna when I grow up. This book right here is the book for every lost soul. Every book KRS writes brings me joy. Some unlock a piece of my heart that I had no clue was bound and chained. But Bad Girl. Bad Girl surpasses everything. It is a book you will read over and over just to find all the hidden gems. To rediscover all the beauty and magic as if for ths first time. This book is an elegant, finely crafted masterpiece. I've loved Anna since day 1, but to see her roots to see her shining soul, it was an honour.

It was so much fun to get all this background information about the older players in the story. It all has to start somewhere, you know. And Anna Ford is a beautiful, wicked bad girl!

I got literally goosebumps when I read this sentence.

I love this book, which shows Anna Fords story. And I have a new admiration for her, she is so brave, headstrong and isn't afraid of saying she thought wrong, she just shrugs and change her way of thinking. She is constantly evolving.

I love the author's writing style, and her way of creative freedom! And I can't wait for her to take me on the next journey!
Oh where do I start with a review of this story. Typical of Kailee Samuels, this book is a beautiful, heart-stirring read. Anna, Jake, Luca, and Sal...they all come together to weave a tale of unfolding, the unfolding of a woman named Anna Ford and her impact on the special men in her life. Good lord but this book pulled at the heart strings. I laughed, cried and shared Anna’s life story, which started out in 1955 when she was 15 and living in Las Vegas to 2015 when she was 75 and reflecting back on her life.

Don’t miss out on this wonderful piece of writing. It is so worthy of your time and attention. Highly recommended.
